Gear toothing
We manufacture all our gear toothing systems with geometrically defined cutters. To this end, we use the following technologies:
- Hobbing
- Shaping
- Profile channelling
Which method is used largely depends on the geometry of the part to be machined, whereby hobbing is the most commonly used method for external toothing, and shaping and channelling for internal toothing. With our plants, we are able to manufacture the following gear toothing systems or cogs:
- Spur gears with straight and bevelled toothing
- Internal toothing
- Multi-taper profiles, involute profiles, tapered toothing
- Toothed belt wheels
- Sprockets
