Our quality varnishing service starts with a priming run through our modern, fully automatic pre-treatment plant, comprising 4 zones, thus ensuring the flawless application of the prime coating.
Parts subject to extreme mechanical stress are additionally sand blasted prior to being degreased.
Varnishing systems
Our industrial varnish coatings for indoor and outdoor purposes are applied in compliance with the latest environmental and air pollution regulations.
The wet varnishing methods we use are solvent- and water-based varnish systems with low-solvent content and a baking temperature of max. 180°C.
Single- or multi-layer coatings are applied to suit specific needs.
Other varnishing methods such as powder coating and cataphoretic coating are outsourced.
