Salt and gravel spreader
The Egholm spreader unit can be used to spread salt, sand, gravel or chippings.
The container holding the material for spreading is made of stainless steel, and the high durability and resistance to wear and tear of the spreader plate guarantee the unit a long service life. A special air intake prevents salt dust from penetrating the engine compartment.
A dosage worm conveys the spreading material in the container on to the spreader plate. The spreading width can be adjusted to between 1 and 5 metres. Asymmetrical settings on the left and right-hand side can also be made if required. Dosage occurs manually and can be adjusted in connection with the drive speed.
Combined usage of the snow plough and spreader unit enables full snow clearance services to be rendered in one single work process.

Options
The use of an optionally available stirrer can prevent the spreading material in the container from forming clumps.
