Scarifier
Over time, almost all lawns become matted with a layer of moss, dead grass and weeds. This layer works like a sponge preventing light and air from penetrating through to the soil and thus damages the lawn.
This matted layer must therefore be removed and the surface of the soil lightly loosened up. The scarifier was developed specifically for this purpose.
This add-on device combines speed and quality of work in one tool. Thanks to its working width of 75 cm and permanent drive via a power take-off shaft, large areas of lawn can be treated at optimum speed when used in conjunction with the hydrostat.
The cutter shaft is equipped with 48 special cutters, all of which are fitted to mobile mountings and equipped with permanently sharp blades. The cutters can therefore be used in an optimum manner until they wear out.
