Path maintenance unit
The path maintenance unit can be used for maintaining gravel, sand and natural paths, removing weeds and grass and levelling the surface. Its special tools maintain the subsoil sustainably and ecologically without the need for any chemical agents.
Rotating chisels loosen up firmly trodden paths and uproots plants, a roller is then used to recompact the gravel or sand. This method of operation enables the machine to clean and maintain areas such as parks, hiking and cemetery paths, cinder tracks, sports grounds and playgrounds.
The surface course is thus returned to its water-permeable state and the washing away of gravel and sand minimised. The path maintenance unit offers simple and low-cost support for waterbound locations, which are care- and cost-intensive due to weed growth. Even severely overgrown and unkempt areas can be cleared of weeds in a single work process. The machine can also be used in areas which have not been maintained for years.
