Safety mulcher

The ideal mower for mulching extensively used areas, shrubs and young growth. Tree branches of up to 5 cm in diameter are cut and chopped up finely and then deposited neatly and evenly.

The balanced worm shaft with its fixed, multi-tooth cutters made of high-strength special steel revolves at a speed of 5,000 rpm.

The machine was originally developed for special applications along heavily used roads. The worm shaft prevents the forward ejection of solid objects such as stones. Stones are conveyed to the side and impact against the side wall panels.

However, its special, robust design has lead to the machine also being used for highly demanding mulching tasks in very difficult terrain.

The machines are equipped with an integrated, automatic cutter brake in accordance with DIN 12733 for single-axle machines.
