Rapid UNIVERSO – the elegant one
The engineering featured in the Rapid Universo is unique. A hydraulic pump drives the machine via two independent wheel engines. The patented IDC valve (Iten Drive Control) enables a proportional control to be achieved irrespective of the speed. This IDC valve also prevents the oil from cavitating. This is hugely important when working on steep gradients as the given equipment combination remains under absolute control in all situations.
The “Rapid Wendematic®” technology enables the user to turn the handlebar around without any tools and without having to reverse the operation control for the direction of travel (with regards to the direction of rotation). Moreover, the speed of forward and reverse travel always remains the same, irrespective of the handlebar position.
