We merged the ERP data from Rapid, KommTek and Brielmaier in the background. The master data was standardised and reset for the website login area and webshop.
Please proceed as follows for the new login:

• Click on "Forgot password" at the bottom
• Enter your customer number (4xxxxx | 5xxxxx) in the "User name/E-mail" field
• Click on "Request password"
• The password will be sent to you by e-mail. If, contrary to expectations, this does not work, try a different browser or write an e-mail to marketing@rapid.ch, if possible stating the debtor number.

We apologise for the access interruptions we had in the past weeks during the conversion work and look forward to being able to work efficiently again with the unified system.
